FAQ

Who do you meet at the Medical Centre in Silent Hill: Townfall?
Dr. Glenn — reporting to him earns the A Long Night Ahead trophy. The building's central figure is the Patient, whose treatment sequence gives the Part its name.
What is 'Medical Centre (Different)' in Townfall?
The Otherworld version of the hospital: same structure, altered wards and corridors. Its map is a separate pickup on a counter near the upper-floor metal door, and the blood-routing puzzle plays out across its wards.
What trophy is tied to the Medical Centre?
Three: A Long Night Ahead for reporting to Dr. Glenn, The Patient for tending the Patient, and Many Into One for accepting the transfusion in the Alternate Medical Centre. Save It For The Patients also covers this stretch — no healing during the Rounds and Patient sections.

What is the St. Amelia Medical Centre?

The Medical Centre is the destination the whole early game points at — the hospital where Zoe’s patient section plays out and where Simon reports to Dr. Glenn. It dominates Part 3 (The Patient, chapters 7–8), and it is the first area to exist in two states: the normal building, and the Otherworld Medical Centre (Different) that the story shifts into partway through.

Where are the two map pickups?

The hospital has a separate sheet per state — the first one will not help you in the Otherworld:

Map Pickup point
St. Amelia Medical Centre On the wall inside Surgery, at the start of Zoe’s patient section
Medical Centre (Different) On a counter near the upper-floor metal door, at the start of Simon’s section

What happens inside the normal Medical Centre?

The first half of the Part is an extended treatment sequence: reporting to Dr. Glenn, then working through examinations — blood pressure around 70/40, pulse readings near 160 with SpO2 at 80%, two X-ray setups (skull kV 3 / mA 7 / time 1; chest kV 7 / mA 3 / time 1.2), medication rates for an 88 kg patient, and intubation. Two more gates sit inside the same building: the Patient Initials Wheel — blood types routed to T.F., H.M. and S.W., confirmed with the ORDELL button and personalised by your Medical Wristband — and the locked hallway door that yields the Room 204 Key. Watch the side rooms for the Plank. Full settings are in the Part 3 walkthrough.

How does the ‘(Different)’ version work?

After the Otherworld shift, the building rearranges itself. Navigation runs on a ward letter + floor + room number logic — Ward W’s lower room 13, for example, gives ladder access to an upper room in Ward S, while Matthew’s bag drops between floors into Ward P. The headline puzzle here is the blood-routing sequence: collect the patient list and ward keys, place blood bags, and work the donor dial — the full solution is on the blood puzzle page. Accepting the transfusion at the end of the sequence earns the Many Into One trophy.

Two warnings for this stretch. First, the Save It For The Patients trophy requires finishing Zoe’s Rounds and the Patient sections without using a healing item — it fails silently. Second, both halves of the hospital are one-shot visits: sweep each layout’s documents before the shift and before leaving, because neither can be revisited.
