Zoe — Silent Hill: Townfall Character Guide

Who is Zoe?

Zoe is Simon Ordell’s significant other — the person Simon is searching for in St. Amelia. Her importance is structural as much as emotional: Part 2 of the game is named “Zoe”, covering chapters 5–6, and her absence is the engine of the early story.

What exactly happened to her — and how much of her presence in St. Amelia is memory, guilt or the town’s invention — is the question the plot guards most closely. Screen Burn has described Townfall as a self-contained story about guilt and consequence, and Zoe sits at the center of Simon’s version of both.

She is also playable: Part 2 is her rounds through Shorefront South — the Community Gardens and Mr. Stewart’s house — where she carries the Pager, her equivalent of Simon’s CRTV, and the axe from the shed. A nurse at the Shorefront Family Clinic, her thread continues into Part 3’s patient section inside the Medical Centre.

Who plays Zoe?

Zoe is voiced by Kezia Burrows, announced in the official cast reveal at gamescom Opening Night Live 2026.

Zoe and the endings

Because the ending system weighs what Simon uncovers against what he destroys, Zoe’s fate is entangled with how thoroughly you explore — the Discoveries that drive the Justice ending are also the fragments that reconstruct her story. See the walkthrough for where her Part falls in the chapter order.
