FAQ

Who is Dr. Glenn in Silent Hill: Townfall?
The doctor at St. Amelia's Medical Centre who Simon reports to in Part 3 — earning the A Long Night Ahead trophy. He directs the treatment of the Patient, the sequence at the heart of that Part.
What Part is Dr. Glenn in Townfall?
Part 3, 'The Patient' — chapters 7–8, covering the Medical Centre in both its normal and Otherworld states.
Is Dr. Glenn playable in Silent Hill: Townfall?
No — unlike Zoe in Part 2 and Richard in Part 5, Dr. Glenn is an NPC. You work for him during the Patient's treatment sequence but never control him.

Who is Dr. Glenn?

Dr. Glenn is the senior medical figure inside St. Amelia’s Medical Centre — the man Simon reports to when the story delivers him to the hospital in Part 3. Reaching him pops the A Long Night Ahead trophy, and the description is accurate: what follows is the longest single sequence in the game, and Glenn is the one running it.

He slots into Townfall’s cast the same way everyone in St. Amelia does — as a fragment of the disaster’s aftermath. Where Zoe is the person Simon came for and Richard is the voice demanding he account for it, Glenn is the man still doing the work: a doctor in a hospital that shouldn’t still be standing, treating a patient who shouldn’t still need treating.

What does he do in Part 3?

Glenn directs the Patient’s treatment — the examination chain that makes up the front half of Part 3, played as Zoe’s patient section continuing her medical role from Part 2. Under his instruction the sequence runs the blood-pressure check, the pulse and SpO2 readings, both X-rays, the medication dosage and the intubation. Mechanically it’s a string of small instrument puzzles; narratively it’s the player being made complicit in Glenn’s care routine — performing the rounds rather than hearing about them.

When the building shifts into its Otherworld state, Glenn’s orderly hospital becomes the (Different) layout and the Patient thread resolves in the transfusion — Many Into One — that closes the Part.

Is Dr. Glenn connected to the cover-up?

That’s the question the game deliberately leaves open. The Medical Centre sits between Shorefront and CEG HQ in the story’s geography, and the transplant thread running through Simon’s survival — first surfaced in Zoe’s house — passes through medicine on its way to the company. Where Glenn lands on the story’s guilt spectrum is part of what the Discoveries are for: the hospital’s documents are among the densest clue clusters in the game.
